Platinum Car Films supplies paint protection film, window tint and related products directly from our factory warehouse in China to customers worldwide. This policy explains how orders are processed and shipped.

Processing and lead times

Lead times depend on the product, quantity and any OEM/ODM customization. The estimated production and dispatch time is confirmed in your quotation and order confirmation before payment.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping is arranged by air, sea or express courier depending on order size and destination. Shipping costs and the agreed trade terms (for example EXW, FOB or CIF) are stated in your quotation. Costs are calculated per order and are not fixed on the website.

Customs, duties and taxes

Import duties, customs clearance fees and local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless stated otherwise in the quotation. Please check the import rules of your country before ordering.

Tracking

Once your order ships we will send the tracking number or shipping documents by WhatsApp or email.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, follow the process in our Refund Policy and contact us with photos as soon as possible.
